I have always been extremely passionate about promoting kindness in my classroom so I decided to make a display of my favourite quote 'In a World Where You Can Be Anything, Be Kind'.
 
This display also includes some 'Caught Being Kind' templates that should be printed on coloured card for more effect. You as the teacher can catch your students carrying out kind acts or the students themselves can catch each other being kind.
 
To encourage kindness further, I usually have a kindness jar. Each time a student is caught being kind, I add a cube to the jar and when it's full, reward my class. The book 'Have You Filled a Bucket Today?' is also a lovely story to read at the start of the year.
